I had the pleasure of creating the brand identity for 621 Ferments, a company founded by chefs Merijn and Maarten of Choux restaurant in Amsterdam. With their commitment to sustainability and reducing food waste, the duo transforms beef and mushroom waste streams into natural, fermented seasoning sauces. Inspired by the products' flavorful nature, I drew design cues from perfume labels to create a refined, unique identity that reflects their eco-conscious mission.
